Join us on October 28 for Cocoa Village’s first-ever Halloween Golf Cart Parade! Starting at 7:00 pm, right after the City of Cocoa’s Fall Festival, line the streets of Historic Cocoa Village to watch the parade of decorated golf carts bring on the Halloween festivity.
