Family Activities, Food Trucks, and Classic Warbirds Come Together for a Day of Aviation History!

TITUSVILLE, FL — Valiant Air Command, Inc. Warbird Museum is proud to announce the

finalized aircraft lineup for its upcoming Open Cockpit Day, taking place on Saturday, November
29, 2025, at the museum’s headquarters located at Space Coast Regional Airport.
Open Cockpit Day offers visitors a rare opportunity to explore historic military aircraft up close—
including several that guests can sit inside. This popular community event provides an
immersive aviation experience for families, veterans, aviation enthusiasts, and visitors from across Florida.

Featured Aircraft Experiences
Viewable from Outside the Cockpit:
Guests will be able to look inside the cockpits of the following aircraft via viewing stands:
• F-14 Tomcat
• F-9F Panther
• A-6 Intruder
• A-7 Corsair II
• F-8K Crusader
Subject to Aircraft Availability:
• B-25 “Killer B”
• T-2 Buckeye
Aircraft Accessible to Sit Inside:
Visitors may sit inside these historic aircraft for a unique hands-on experience:
• H-19 Chickasaw helicopter
• C-123 Provider
• C-47 “Tico Belle”
• O-2 Skymaster
• Fouga Magister
• B-52D section
• UH-1 Huey Helicopter
New for This Year: Family Fun Zone
This year’s Open Cockpit Day will include additional family-friendly activities, making it an even
more enjoyable event for all ages. Attractions include:
• Bounce Houses
• Food Trucks offering a variety of local favorites
• Mr. Softee Ice Cream Truck
• Hot Dogs Sold by the Museum
All food and activity proceeds directly support Valiant Air Command, Inc. and its mission to
preserve, restore, and display historic military aircraft.
