Enjoy dinner and a fine assortment of craft beer from Persimmon Hollow at this month’s Food & Beer Pairing event at Rising Tide tap and table. Rising Tide is located lakefront, opposite Exploration Tower, in the heart of the Cove a Port Canaveral.
Rising Tide’s Executive Chef, Jeff Kainz, will be serving five small plates expertly paired with 5 craft beers from Persimmon Hollow. Dishes will include Iron-Seared Trout, Sea Scallops with Bacon-Onion Jam, Pork Tenderloin, BBQ Lamb Rib and Chocolate Molten Cake.
The pairing takes place in the Barrel Room at Rising Tide. Reservations are required and the cost is $45 per person – tax and gratuity are included. Call to reserve your seats today.
